7 days diet plan in urdu & hindi

Day One

1st is FRUIT DAY
Take all your favorite fruits
Avoid BANANAS
Watermelons and Cantaloupe are good options
Don’t touch any other Food items
Drink 8 to 12 glass Water

First day to your diet plan is really important day as you stepping into new world. First day of your diet must be Fruit diet day and you should take 8 to 12 glass of water in day . Take all possible fruit that you like. But make sure BANANA is not in your list. Watermelons and Cantaloupe are mostly suggested on first day of diet plan. If you feel hungry, try to eat more fruits and of course drink water. But you are not allowed to take any other food item even boiled vegetables.

Day Two

2nd is vegetables day
Take all vegetables
Can take vegetables in raw state, boiled, cooked
Don’t cooked in any sort of oil
Beans, Raw And Cooked Carrot, Broccoli, Cucumber, , Lettuce, Boiled Cabbage good option
Drink 8 to 12 glass Water
Second Day of your diet plan is VEGETABLES day. You are supposed to take all sorts of vegetables throughout day. You intake vegetable in raw state, cooked and boiled vegetables. But you must make sure don’t cook vegetables in any sorts of oil. You can take potatoes, good option for is to take boiled potatoes in morning so that carbohydrates get burnt during the course of the day. Cooked Beans, Raw And Cooked Carrot, Broccoli, Cucumber, Boiled Bottle And Ridge Gourd, Lettuce, Boiled Cabbage are good vegetables option in 2nd day of diet. Don’t miss to drink water 8 to 12 glass.

Day Three

3rd day is Fruit and vegetable day
Don’t use POTATOES in the veggie section
Don’t use BANANA in the fruit section
Take fruit diet in morning, Veggie diet afternoon
Take Fruit in evening, Veggie and fruit at night
Drink 8 to 12 glass Water

Day Four

4th day is milk and banana day
Take at least a minimum of 8 to 10 bananas in day
Take 3 glass of milk in full day
1 glass of milk and bananas
Glass of milk and 2 bananas at lunch
2 to 3 bananas in evening
2 bananas and 1 glass milk at nights

Day Five

5th day is feast day
Have a cup of rice for lunch
Six to seven tomatoes throughout the day
Increase the water level from 12 glasses to 15 glasses.

Day Six

It is also feast day
Cup of rice in lunch
Take vegetables remaining day
Take at least 8 to 12 glasses of water

Day Seven

Take a cup of rice and all the veggies
Take glass of juice
Best day of your entire diet regime
